a good escape

i found the location ideal for exploring nearby attractions. the staff was genuinely attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the facilities, especially the gardens, provided a relaxing atmosphere. the room was clean and well-kept, it had a lovely feel.
the wifi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the building.

The breakfast buffet featured a good selection of hot and cold items. I especially enjoyed the freshly baked pastries, and the coffee service was prompt! though i'm not a coffee drinker.

I used a standard double room. Staff was friendly at the front desk. The grounds provide a quiet atmosphere for dog walks. The room have a comfortable bed and the shower worked well.
The phone reception in the room was poor.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were very comfy and tidy with tea and coffee facilities plus a tv. the bathroom included soap and shower gel. The shower water pressure was good.

immaculate roomperiod furniturecomfortable bedding
My room was immaculate and the period furniture added character. The superking bed had a fabulous mattress and comfortable bedding. I enjoyed sitting at the dining table overlooking the beautiful landscape I found a hot shower with pristine towels in the massive bathroom.
I found some of the rooms are still in the process of being modernised.

The staff were attentive and friendly I was welcomed by well presented staff at the reception desk they ensured all my needs were catered for and made me feel valued as a guest during my entire stay I appreciated their dedication.
